Specific Program Goals & Accomplishments
ACCOMPLISHMENTS JANUARY - DECEMBER 2006
- Updated new brochures and marketing materials.
- College of Direct Support training was initiated.
- Purchased wheel chair accessible vans through grants.
- Developmental Connections finalized plans/bids for new Taney County facility, including the addition of a TLC and Therapy Program.
- Added computers for individual use and replaced furniture in all 3 programs.
- Obtained an AED for Greene and Taney Counties.
GOALS FOR JANUARY - DECEMBER 2007
- Continue to distribute Program brochures and increase enrollment, primarily in Christian & Taney County.
- Fully implement the College of Direct Support training for staff providing direct support.
- Continue efforts to relocate Christian County Program.
- Report Taney programs separately on financial reports.
- Develop a system of follow up with families for all surveys not returned.
- Increase response to Satisfaction Surveys to 30% or more.
- Decrease turn over in Greene County to less than 30%.
- Continue to research grants that would support the large and small needs of the Programs.
- Obtain wheelchair accessible van for Christian County.
